One on One Interview

After the written assessment, you will be attending a one-on-one interview with the Staff Partner.  During the interview you will be asked a series of questions directly related to the position for which you have applied. These questions will require you to draw on past experiences, based on your employment history and/or your school/home life.

Next Step

After completing the interview, you may be required to attend a second interview with other Partners, depending on the position sought. This gives you an opportunity to meet the partners for whom you may be working, and obtain a better understanding of the position and your professional working environment.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Should a position become available, we will advertise in a leading Sydney newspaper.  All candidates applying for administrative positions are required to attend a one-on-one interview with the Staff Partner and undergo typing test if the position requires typing skills.
