At times it becomes necessary to value business assets and or shares in private companies and trusts.  At Richard A Bobb we can provide a useful service if this is required.

A need to have certain assets valued might be necessary upon any one or more of the following situations:

-                      a breakdown in the family or matrimonial relationship;

-                      a breakdown in a business relationship; or

-                      a proposed acquisition of a business or company.

It should be noted where parties are related, regardless of whether we have acted for those parties, we will not expose ourselves to any conflict of interest.  In those circumstances, we will not take up the engagement (despite a request to do so.)
