By forwarding your application via email, you are giving yourself the best possible chance for prompt consideration.

If and when a suitable position arises that meets your skills and availability, our Staff Partner may contact you by telephone or via email for an interview. Please be patient and be assured that your application is being considered. However if no suitable positions do arise within six months of applying, please re submit your application for further consideration.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN AN INTERVIEW

Assessment

As part of the interview process, you will be requested to complete a half hourly written assessment designed to test your technical knowledge and communication skills.

One on One Interview

After the written assessment, you will be attending a one-on-one interview with the Staff Partner.  During the interview you will be asked a series of questions directly related to the position for which you have applied. These questions will require you to draw on past experiences, based on your employment history and/or your school/home life.

Next Step

After completing the interview, you may be required to attend a 2nd interview with other Partners, depending on the position sought. This gives you an opportunity to meet the partners for whom you may be working, and obtain a better understanding of the position and your professional working environment.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Should a position become available, we will advertise in a leading Sydney newspaper.  All candidates applying for administrative positions are required to attend a one-on-one interview with the Staff Partner and undergo typing test if the position requires typing skills.
