Katherine Chow
Katherine joined the firm in 1985 and was admitted as a partner of the firm on 1st July 1989.
Graduating from the University of Alberta Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Katherine also holds a Master of Tax degree from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. She is currently an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a fellow member of Taxation Institute of Australia.
While Katherine is involved in Australian tax compliance and business services, she is also involved in US tax compliance work and handles a portfolio of clients that require US Federal and State income tax filing.
Keo joined the firm in 1988 and was admitted as a partner of the firm on 1 July 1993.He graduated with a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Sydney in 1997. He has portfolio of business clients in property development and investment, travel agency, real estate agency, international shipping and cruising, international news agency and TV programming.
He has set up and maintained the firm’s computer and email system as well as assisting many of our clients to set up their respective accounting system.
In his spare time, he utilises his DIY skills around the house and enjoys 4WD travel with clients and friends.
Keo Chui
David Woo
David graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Master degree in Commerce (professional accounting). Prior to his accounting qualification, David has earned a Master of Philosophy in Biochemistry and a Bachelor degree in Science. David was admitted a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1992 and continued his postgraduate study to obtain his Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments in 1997 and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 1999. David is a fellow member of Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
David has been in the accountancy profession since 1989 and was admitted as a partner in public practice since July 1997. While he is mainly involved in tax compliance and business services, David also contributes to the firm’s burgeoning tax consultancy, tax planning & restructuring services. David’s other area of interest includes self managed superannuation fund and investment.
Johanna is currently one of the longest serving accountants at Richard A. Bobb Chartered Accountants, having joined the firm in 1995 as a junior accounts clerk. Johanna while working full-time for the firm commenced and completed her degree on a part-time basis, attending her classes at night. Johanna completed her degree in 2000 and graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree. Johanna is currently one of three senior accountants in the firm and handles her own portfolio of clients providing them with services in accounting, taxation, audit, litigation and software training. From time to time, Johanna also provides in-house training to the accounting staff of the firm, both on an individual and group basis. She provides training in areas of accounting, taxation and programme issues and/or changes.

Jonathan Yeung
Jonathan Yeung has joined the firm since 2008 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the same year. He handles his own portfolio of client as well as assisting the partners with providing accounting, taxation and audit services to the clients. He possesses great technical skills and experience in working in a chartered accounting environment. His deep understanding of client’s business structures and operations, together with his unyielding work ethics, allow him to provide top level professional services to our clients
Jonathan is also involved in on-the-job training for our intermediate and junior accountants.
